This area, historically known as Colonia Casacce—as evidenced by the original plaque at the entrance bearing the inscription “Marchesato di Montecorona, Colonia Casacce”—was one of the most important estates of the property.

Former Farm and Farmers’ Residence

In the early 1900s, John’s Farmhouse served as an operational farm and as housing for the farm managers, a strategic center for the agricultural management of the estate.

The structure still preserves its original layout today, with spacious interiors and stone walls that reflect the solid construction typical of Umbrian rural homes.
