John’s Farmhouse can be rented in its entirety or divided into two independent units: the main country house and the cottage. The farmhouse is the main residence — a spacious apartment of approximately 300 sqm located on the first floor, accessed via a charming original stone staircase, an authentic feature of the local rural architecture. Next to the farmhouse is the cottage, a more intimate and independent space of around 80 sqm spread over two floors, featuring two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed. Both units can be rented separately or together, while still enjoying access to the outdoor areas and the swimming pool.
